Inside TCFlea: the two owners behind the glass counter, with carded figures and sealed boxes on the wall behind them.

840 Main Street · Sanford, Maine

Come see what came in

Sealed boxes, nineties figures still on the card, Pokémon, and the supplies to keep it all straight. Two guys, one counter, on Main Street in Sanford.

On the wall now

This week at 840 Main

The wall turns over. That is the whole point of a shop like this — so this is the part of the page that changes, not the part that sits there for three years.

Sample week — every item below was photographed in the shop

Nothing here is invented. Each card describes something visible in TCFlea’s own photo of the store. At launch this becomes the surface the shop updates — new breaks, fresh singles, graded arrivals — so a regular can check before driving over.

Sealed

Topps baseball, boxed

A row of sealed Topps boxes racked on the shelf bracket — the first thing on your left when you come through the door.

02

Vintage

Starting Lineup, still carded

Nineties sports figures in unopened blisters, hung in rows — the 1996 edition among them. Unpunched, uncracked, still on the peg.

Pokémon

On the peg, on the wall

Ditto and a Team Rocket Poké Ball hanging on the plum pegboard by the counter, with canvas art up over the shelf.

Supplies

Sleeves and storage

Wrapped supplies on the wall shelves, so nothing you buy here goes home loose in a paper bag.

The room itself

The wall, the peg, the counter

Slate walls, white slat board, one purple pegboard that has been there since the day they opened. Small shop, tight selection, nothing padded out.

Main Street, Sanford. The glass counter runs the front of the shop — that is where you ask for the thing you did not see on the wall.

Got a box in the attic?

Binders from when you were twelve. A shoebox someone left in the garage. A figure that never came off the card. Bring it in and get a real look at it from someone who handles this every day — not a mail-in envelope and a two-week wait.

  • 01Bring it to the counter at 840 Main Street.
  • 02They go through it with you, right there.
  • 03Sell it, trade it toward something on the wall, or take it home.
